Engagement Lead
Location: Coventry / Birmingham / Warwick
Contract Type: Initial 6 Month FTC
Working Pattern: Full Time / Hybrid
Paying between: £55k - £65k
LHH is partnering with a well-established organisation to appoint an experienced Engagement Lead to support a significant period of workforce change and transformation. This is a senior, hands-on role focused on colleague engagement, employee voice, listening and integration across a large operational workforce.
You will work closely with senior leaders, operational teams, HR and Communications to shape and deliver an engagement approach that ensures colleagues feel informed, heard and supported throughout the change journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the colleague engagement strategy and plan.
- Lead listening activity, including workshops, focus groups, forums and feedback sessions.
- Analyse colleague sentiment and engagement data to identify risks, themes and opportunities.
- Ensure colleague voice informs programme decisions and senior leadership discussions.
- Shape engagement activity supporting onboarding, integration and cultural connection.
- Build strong relationships with senior operational and People stakeholders.
- Work closely with Communications to ensure engagement and messaging are aligned.
- Measure the impact of engagement activity and continuously improve the approach.

About You
We are looking for someone with:
- Strong experience leading employee or colleague engagement within organisational change or transformation.
- Experience developing and delivering engagement strategies in complex environments.
- A proven background in employee voice, listening and feedback mechanisms.
- Experience working with frontline, operational or geographically dispersed workforces.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- The ability to translate employee insight into practical actions and recommendations.
- A hands-on, pragmatic approach with the confidence to operate at senior level.

Experience within housing, property, construction, engineering, infrastructure or another operational environment would be advantageous.
