About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Engagement Lead – Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) to lead the successful delivery of enterprise Identity Security implementations across the UK. This role is responsible for managing customer engagements from initiation through deployment while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise Identity Governance (IGA) implementations.
- Manage multiple concurrent customer engagements across the UK.
- Serve as the primary customer contact throughout project delivery.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned to customer expectations.
- Develop project plans, delivery schedules, RAID logs, and status reporting.
- Manage project scope, risks, dependencies, and change requests.
- Coordinate internal consultants, architects, business analysts, and technical teams.
- Facilitate workshops, steering committee meetings, and executive status reviews.
- Ensure project documentation and delivery governance.
- Report into Senior Identity Leadership

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience delivering enterprise IAM/IGA projects.
- Demonstrated experience leading customer-facing consulting engagements.
- Experience with Identity Governance and Administration concepts, including:
- Identity Lifecycle Management
- Access Certification
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Birthright Access
- Segregation of Duties (SoD)
- Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes
- Identity Provisioning
- Experience leading multiple enterprise software implementation projects.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience delivering UK enterprise IAM/IGA implementations.
- Experience working within consulting or professional services organizations.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Experience with regulated industries such as manufacturing, retail, utilities, financial services, or healthcare.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or equivalent project management certification.
- SailPoint and/or CyberArk certifications are preferred.
