This Role Is Not for Everyone. That's the Point.

Every prospect in your pipeline is someone considering one of the biggest decisions of their life — starting a surrogacy journey as an intended parent, surrogate, or donor. That means this role sits at the intersection of empathy and accountability: you'll build genuine trust with the people you speak to, while owning the number that shows how many of them we've been able to help.

We're looking for someone who combines a warm, patient, human approach with a real sense of ownership over outcomes — someone who listens first, understands what's holding a person back, and knows how to guide them gently toward a decision that's right for them. If targets slip, you're the first to notice, and you already have a plan to turn things around.

If you're the kind of person who can sit with someone through a sensitive, emotional conversation and read a pipeline and know exactly where it's stalling — who can walk into three culturally different markets and adapt your approach without losing warmth or momentum — keep reading.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

This role comes down to one thing, done thoughtfully and relentlessly: helping prospective members move from curiosity to commitment, across three markets.

  • Owning the pipeline. You'll take direct responsibility for the engagement pipeline across the UK, Europe, and Australia, guiding prospects and leads through to committed membership.
  • Owning and achieving targets. You'll take ownership of agreed targets across the region, track performance on an ongoing basis, and report honestly and regularly — flagging shortfalls early, with a clear plan to course-correct, not excuses.
  • Managing the full engagement journey. You'll manage enquiries, run consultations, follow up consistently, handle objections with care, and support prospective members through every stage of their decision-making — always with empathy for what's often a deeply personal and emotional decision.
  • Building trust with prospective members. You'll build genuine relationships with prospective intended parents, surrogates, and donors — understanding their individual needs and concerns, and earning the trust that ultimately helps them take the next step.
  • Coordinating execution on the ground. You'll work with local team members and coordinators to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across every market you cover.
  • Showing up where it counts. You'll represent the organisation at regional events and partner meetings, prioritising those with a clear opportunity to connect with prospective members.
  • Feeding insight upward. You'll bring regional performance data and market insight back into the broader global engagement strategy, helping shape decisions beyond your own patch.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who Thrives Here

  • You listen first — you're genuinely curious about people's stories, concerns, and motivations before you think about anything else.
  • You're comfortable owning a number — good months and bad ones — without losing sight of the person on the other end of the conversation.
  • You read a pipeline like a story: where it's strong, where it's stalling, and what to do next.
  • You can hold a sensitive, emotional conversation with warmth and confidence, and know when to guide gently versus when to give someone space.
  • You adapt fast — what resonates in the UK won't always land the same way in Australia, and you know how to adjust without losing the plot.
  • You'd rather flag a problem early than explain it away later.

About You

  • 5+ years' experience in a sales, business development, consultative, or target-driven engagement role, with exposure to multiple markets.
  • A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding conversion or revenue targets.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, active listening skills, and genuine comfort navigating sensitive or emotionally significant conversations.
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt a consultative or conversion approach across culturally distinct markets.
  • Some experience or future potential in guiding or mentoring junior team members or coordinators would be an advantage, though this isn't an immediate requirement of the role.
  • Experience using a CRM (ideally HubSpot), or a strong willingness to learn and use CRM systems effectively.
  • Comfortable with occasional travel across the UK, Europe, and Australia where there's a relevant event, meeting, or opportunity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Work Environment

  • Remote-based, with occasional travel across the UK, Europe, and Australia as relevant events, meetings, or opportunities arise.
  • Working closely with local coordinators and the wider global engagement team.
  • A fast-moving, target-driven environment where empathy and performance go hand in hand.

Why This Role

You'll own a genuinely global remit, with the autonomy to run your region as you see fit — and the accountability that comes with it. Your impact won't be hidden in a team average; it'll be yours, clearly, built one trusted relationship at a time. And every person you help move forward is another family further along on their surrogacy journey. If you're someone who leads with empathy and delivers results, we want to hear from you.
