Engagement Manager – Finance Transformation & EPM
💼 Permanent
📍 UK, Remote
About the role
We are partnering with a growing boutique consultancy specialising in Finance Transformation (EPM) to recruit its first dedicated Engagement Manager.
The consultancy delivers complex EPM solutions for Finance teams, helping organisations improve areas such as planning, forecasting, consolidation and financial reporting.
Until now, its consultants have managed project coordination, client engagement and delivery management alongside their consulting responsibilities. As the business continues to grow, they are now looking for someone to take ownership of this area and build out a dedicated PMO and engagement-management function.
This is an opportunity to sit at the heart of Finance Transformation delivery - bringing structure across multiple EPM projects, coordinating consulting teams, managing senior Finance stakeholders and helping ensure projects are delivered successfully.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
