Your Role
We are seeking a technically focused PMO professional to support the delivery of Digital Thread and Engineering IT integration initiatives. The successful candidate will combine strong project coordination and governance experience with the ability to work confidently alongside technical teams, architects and suppliers, helping to drive complex cross-functional programmes involving engineering systems, enterprise applications and integration technologies.
- Technical PMO Expertise: Experience coordinating complex projects, managing plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies and stakeholder communications across multiple workstreams.
- Engineering & Digital Integration Awareness: Understanding of Engineering IT environments, Digital Thread concepts, and technologies such as PLM, ALM, MBSE, Requirements Management, Product Safety/Security, or enterprise system integrations.
- Stakeholder & Supplier Management: Proven ability to coordinate technical teams, vendors and business stakeholders, ensuring actions, deliverables and priorities are effectively tracked and delivered.
Your Profile
We are looking for an organised and technically aware PMO professional with experience supporting complex IT or Engineering IT programmes. The successful candidate will have strong project coordination skills, the ability to manage plans, risks and dependencies, and confidence working with technical teams, business stakeholders and external suppliers in a fast-paced delivery environment.

- Project Coordination & Governance: Previous experience in PMO, Project Coordination or Technical Project Management roles, with strong planning, tracking, risk and issue management capabilities.
- Technical & Stakeholder Engagement: Understanding of system integration concepts and the ability to work effectively with technical teams, architects, business stakeholders and suppliers, translating technical discussions into clear actions and deliverables.
- Communication & Reporting Skills: Strong documentation, reporting and presentation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project, alongside fluent professional English.
