Engagement Manager – EPM & Finance Transformation
A fast-growing international EPM and finance transformation consultancy is hiring an Engagement Manager to strengthen its global delivery function.
The business has grown to more than 100 people in five years, with operations globally. It partners with leading technologies including OneStream, CCH Tagetik, Workiva and Pigment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple EPM and finance transformation projects.
- Manage project plans, budgets, resources, risks and change requests.
- Monitor project health and provide clear engagement reporting.
- Coordinate consulting, technical, data and testing teams.
- Build relationships with senior Finance and IT stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve delivery, commercial and client risks.
- Improve PMO processes, delivery methodologies and best practices.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong PMO, project management or engagement management experience.
- A background in EPM, CPM, finance systems or finance transformation.
- Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams.
- Strong governance, planning, resourcing and risk-management skills.
- Confidence working with senior clients and consulting teams.
- Knowledge of platforms such as OneStream, Tagetik, Workiva, Pigment, Oracle EPM, Anaplan or SAP BPC.

Experience within an EPM consultancy and qualifications such as PRINCE2, PMP or APM would be beneficial but are not essential.
