Engagement Manager | EPM & Finance Transformation
UK Hybrid | £75,000 - £90,000 + Bonus & Benefits
A leading specialist consultancy in the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Finance Transformation space is seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex finance systems and transformation projects.
This role will suit someone with a strong finance background, ideally combining accounting knowledge with experience delivering financial consolidation, close, planning and reporting solutions. You will act as the senior delivery lead across client engagements, ensuring projects are delivered successfully while building trusted relationships with Finance and IT stakeholders.
The Opportunity
Working with CFOs, Finance Directors, Financial Controllers, FP&A leaders and senior IT teams, you will take ownership of project delivery from mobilisation through to go-live and completion.
You will oversee engagement governance, commercial performance, resource planning, scope management, risk mitigation and client outcomes, ensuring successful delivery across multiple finance transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Lead end to end delivery of finance transformation and EPM implementation projects.
- Build strong relationships with Finance, IT and executive stakeholders.
- Manage project scope, budget, timelines, resources, risks and change requests.
- Coordinate functional, technical, data, integration, testing and deployment activities.
- Provide leadership and direction to consulting teams and subject matter experts.
- Monitor engagement performance and proactively address delivery, commercial or client risks.
- Support continuous improvement of delivery methodologies and project governance.

What We're Looking For
- An accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
- Previous experience delivering consolidation, reporting or EPM projects.
- Knowledge of solutions such as OneStream, Oracle EPM, SAP BPC, SAP Analytics Cloud, CCH Tagetik, Anaplan or similar platforms.
- Project management qualifications such as PRINCE2, PMP or APM.
