Make Your Mark at Ipsos

We are a leading global market and social research company, enabling organisations to make smarter, bolder, and faster decisions.

Are you an experienced healthcare consultant who thrives on solving complex strategic challenges? Do you enjoy partnering with life sciences clients to influence critical business decisions, shape healthcare strategy, and create meaningful impact? If you're looking for a role where you can combine commercial thinking, client leadership, and consulting expertise, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

Ipsos Healthcare Advisory (HCA) is Ipsos' specialist life sciences consulting practice, helping pharmaceutical, biotech and medtech clients navigate strategic challenges across the product lifecycle. Working at the intersection of insight, evidence and consulting, we partner with clients to deliver practical, commercially relevant recommendations that drive better decisions.

As an Associate Principal, you'll act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, leading complex advisory engagements from problem definition through to delivery. You'll bring strategic thinking, healthcare expertise and commercial judgement to help clients tackle challenges ranging from launch strategy and stakeholder engagement to healthcare transformation and growth opportunities.

You'll also play a key role in growing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, contributing to thought leadership, and coaching junior team members. This is an exciting, mid-career opportunity to join a growing healthcare consulting practice where you'll have significant influence on both client outcomes and the future development of the team.

About You

  • Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and life sciences industry.

  • Strong commercial acumen and experience supporting business development activities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Outstanding communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Proficiency in AI use and adoption to enhance day-to-day consulting and problem-solving activities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
