Company Overview

Model ML is the AI workflow builder transforming how major financial institutions produce and validate client-ready work. Model ML converts complex, manual processes into fully automated AI systems that scale across global teams. In under a year, Model ML has become one of the fastest growing enterprise AI platforms worldwide and recently closed a $75 million Series A, one of the largest fintech Series A rounds ever. The round was backed by FT Partners, Y Combinator, LocalGlobe, QED, 13books, and other top global investors.

Job Description

The Engagement Manager (EM) owns the end-to-end customer outcome: translating client problems into scalable Model ML workflows, running clean operating cadence, and driving adoption through clear governance and communication.

Responsibilities (aligned to EM Framework)

Product Quality (workflows + platform judgment)

  • Turn client problems into scalable, measurable workflows.
  • Balance client needs with platform constraints.
  • Build reusable playbooks, templates, and demo assets.
  • Stay current on product direction and translate updates into field-ready examples.

Organisation (systems + transparency)

  • Maintain clean tracking across dashboards, hubs, and Notion pages.
  • Keep usage, adoption, and health metrics accurate and up to date.
  • Run a clear delivery plan (owners, dates, dependencies) and surface risks early.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Communication (high-signal alignment)

  • Prevent surprises.
  • Send agendas before meetings, capture decisions, and publish action logs with owners and due dates.
  • Communicate trade-offs and blockers early to both client and internal teams.

Client Relationships (governance + ROI)

  • Build trusted, data-driven relationships.
  • Own trial → conversion → renewal motion in partnership with Growth.
  • Drive adoption through builders, measure ROI, and turn feedback into a concrete plan with Engineering and Product.

What you can expect

  • It won't be easy; in fact, it will be very hard.
  • BUT, it will be a lot of fun.
  • You need to be comfortable with being uncomfortable; timelines will change, priorities will most likely shift.
  • Be prepared for an exciting, fast-paced journey where you’ll learn a lot, take on meaningful challenges, and grow along the way.

Requirements (what "good" looks like)

  • 5+ years experience in private equity, investment banking, or tier 1 consultancies.
  • Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous client asks into scoped delivery plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong technical fluency: can reason about workflows, data, and failure modes (you do not need to be an engineer, but you must be credible with one).
  • Excellent operational hygiene: reliable tracking, documentation, and governance.
  • Clear, proactive communicator who escalates early and closes loops.
  • Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-changing environment.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
