Engagement Manager – OneStream
We are currently supporting a growing OneStream consultancy who are looking to hire an Engagement Manager to support the delivery of complex finance transformation programmes. This role will suit someone who combines strong client-facing skills, delivery oversight, and commercial awareness, and is looking to play a key role in managing enterprise scale engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary client contact across OneStream implementation and optimisation projects
- Oversee end-to-end delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard
- Manage client stakeholders, often up to Finance Director / CFO level
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams including Solution Architects, Consultants, and Developers
- Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring proactive issue resolution
- Support commercial management, including budget tracking, utilisation, and margin oversight
- Identify opportunities for account growth, including upsell and follow-on project work
- Contribute to programme planning and roadmap development for clients

Required Experience
- Proven experience as an Engagement Manager, Project Manager, or Programme Manager within EPM, Finance Transformation, or Enterprise Systems delivery
- Strong experience managing client relationships and stakeholders in a consulting or professional services environment
- Experience overseeing complex system implementations (ideally within finance or data platforms)
- Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and delivery performance

EPM Experience
- Experience with OneStream is highly desirable, however, we are open to candidates from other EPM platforms, including:
- Anaplan
- SAP (BPC, SAC)
- Oracle (Hyperion / FCCS / PBCS)
- Tagetik
- Board
