The Engagement team bridges Metaview and forward-thinking clients. This isn’t customer service—it’s strategic engagement.
As an Engagement Manager, you’ll be our trusted guide for customers adopting AI in hiring. You’ll span multiple teams—ensuring executives adopt AI, operational teams embed solutions, and sales teams grow accounts.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnerships
Build deep customer relationships at every level—from craft recruiters to C-level executives—to drive AI-driven business outcomes.

Transformation Leadership
Lead change management, onboarding, and AI adoption efforts, scaling AI workflows across teams.

Revenue Growth
Maximize account retention and unlock expansion opportunities while partnering with Sales to scale high-value customers.

Product & Strategy Influence
Synthesize customer insights and actionable feedback to refine Metaview’s Engagement methodology, product roadmap, and go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
