Engagement Manager - SC Cleared
Whitehall Resources are looking for an Engagement Manager. This role is hybrid working with 50% onsite in Cumbria, and the remainder remote working, for an initial 6-month contract.
Due to the nature of the work the client requires candidates to hold ACTIVE SC CLEARANCE

Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing internal updates and reports to the Portfolio Lead and ensuring effective communication and reporting with client stakeholders. A strong understanding of critical path and the impacts of activities not completing on time is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Projects:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Internal Updates and Reporting:
- Provide regular updates and detailed reports to the Portfolio Lead.
- Create, issue and monitor project forecasting.
- Track project progress and highlight any potential risks or issues.
- Client Stakeholder Communication and Reporting:
- Maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders.
- Provide clear and concise project updates and reports to clients.
- Address any client concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
- Understanding Critical Path and Impact Analysis:
- Identify and manage the critical path for all projects.
- Analyse the impact of any delays or issues on the overall project timeline.
- Develop mitigation strategies to address potential delays.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Engagement Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Ability to analyse complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
