About Us

Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.

Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes.

1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview.

We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law.

Joining Legora means three things.

  • We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions.
  • We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback.
  • We grow together: as a team and with our customers.

Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.

If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.

What You'll Do

This role will report into the Strategic Accounts Engagement Director to ensure that a number of our major law firm clients are receiving consistently high client service, and that they are constantly finding value in Legora.

The remit is depth over breadth: a handful of accounts understood thoroughly, where success is measured by whether the partnership is compounding rather than plateauing. This role will also be supported by a dedicated Strategic Accounts Engagement Associate.

In practice, the work sits closer to embedded change management than to traditional account management. Our clients have already bought the platform. The job is making it land: getting lawyers to change how they work, proving the value back to the partners who signed off, and turning that into the case for the next phase.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Specifically, you will:

  • Act as a key point of contact and strategic advisor. Understand client goals, uncover new use cases, and help our key clients realise maximum value while linking it to ROI.
  • Be available and on hand to end users. Quickly and efficiently discuss use of Legora and potential new use cases.
  • Spend time embedded on client sites, working alongside lawyers where they actually sit. We are looking for someone comfortable working with senior stakeholders, who enjoys spending time with our clients independently, in front of partners and practice heads as well as associates and trainees.
  • Assist the Engagement Director to pinpoint expansion opportunities. You will jointly spearhead the adoption initiatives necessary to realise them.
  • Contribute to the adoption effort practice group by practice group. Discovery sessions, use case validation, drop-ins, enablement. The shape varies by firm and by wave.
  • Monitor customer health metrics in collaboration with the Engagement Associate. Proactively develop and present the Engagement Director with strategies to address any decline in Legora usage, or to sustain momentum from increased adoption.
  • Closely collaborate with Customer Enablement, Product and Marketing. Translate client feedback into actionable insights and product direction to benefit all functions across the organisation. Being a team player is key.
  • Represent Legora in the market. Speaking at events, hosting client sessions, contributing to how our story gets told publicly. Our strongest engagement people are visible in the legal community, not only inside their own accounts.

What You Bring

We hire for credibility with lawyers and the commercial instinct to act on what they tell you. That does not come from a single background, and we are open on where yours comes from.

What matters is that you have driven change in a professional services setting: persuading experienced, sceptical, time-poor people to work differently, and making it stick. That might have been inside a law firm, in innovation, change, transformation or business development. It might have been consulting into firms, or at a vendor working alongside them. Having practised law is welcome but is not required.

Beyond that:

  • Three to five years in either:
    • Customer Success or Account Management in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
    • Innovation, Change, Transformation or a related role in a law firm or comparable professional services organisation.
  • A track record of driving retention and satisfaction in the enterprise space.
  • Evidence you have changed behaviour, not just managed a relationship.
  • Highly organised. These clients are large and complex, which means competing priorities and requests to keep track of.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication. You can hold a room of partners, then sit down with a trainee and work through their prompt with them.
  • High EQ and commercial instinct. You know when to listen, when to advise, and when to act.
  • A love of fast-paced, early-stage environments where priorities can shift rapidly and you adapt with them.
  • Comfortable with metrics. Driven by data, customer health and outcomes over process.
  • Importantly, you are someone who enjoys being in the office five days a week, with onsite client time in the UK and abroad.

Advantageous system skills: Legora, Hex, Pitch, Notion, Salesforce.
