Our Client Opportunity
Our client, a leading strategy consulting and advisory firm, is looking for strong candidates on Engagement Manager level and above to join the B2B Services practice.
Responsibilities
- Lead commercial due diligence engagements for PE clients evaluating B2B services targets, owning the workplan, timeline, and final deliverable from kickoff to investment committee.
- Structure and oversee market sizing, competitive landscape analysis, customer interviews, and revenue build-ups, translating findings into a clear investment thesis and key risks.
- Manage and coach a team of consultants and analysts, reviewing work quality, setting priorities, and developing junior talent on fast-paced deals.
- Serve as day-to-day counterpart for PE deal teams, presenting findings, handling scope changes, and building relationships that lead to follow-on and value creation work.

Qualifications

- 5+ years in strategy consulting, transaction services, or a PE-focused advisory firm, including at least 2 years managing CDD projects end to end.
- Strong sector exposure to B2B services (e.g. business process outsourcing, testing and inspection, facility services, IT services, or professional services).
- Excellent analytical and modelling skills, with the ability to build market models and stress-test management business plans under tight deadlines.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication in English, with a track record of presenting to senior investors; additional European languages are a plus.
