Engagement Manager 💼Permanent 📍UK, remote

About the role

We are partnering with a growing boutique EPM consultancy to recruit its first dedicated Engagement Manager.

Until now, its consultants have handled project coordination and client engagement alongside their delivery responsibilities. As the consultancy continues to grow, it has reached the stage where a dedicated Engagement Manager is needed to establish greater structure, strengthen project delivery and build a scalable PMO function.

This role offers significant autonomy, ownership and the opportunity to shape how the consultancy manages its client engagements.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist with project planning and coordination across multiple engagements
  • Manage and coordinate consulting delivery teams
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Monitor project progress, risks, actions and deliverables
  • Support forecasting, capacity planning and resource allocation
  • Establish and improve PMO processes, reporting and delivery standards
  • Work closely with senior leadership to support the consultancy’s continued growth
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
