What you get to do in this role:
- You’ll drive the end-to-end projects from planning through implementation to ensure successful delivery for customers
- Provide clear communication to cross-functional teams and management regarding project status, resource requirements, issues, and priorities.
- Maintain strong partnerships and drive high priority initiatives
- Track capacity and demand across key programs to better communicate resource and project needs or risks.
- Collaborate with a wide variety of internal cross-functional stakeholders to increase the efficiency and efficacy of our product development organization

Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project/program management experience in mid/large size companies
- Experience with Identity and Access Management and/or Identity Governance
- Experience within Cybersecurity industry
- Enterprise Customer Engagement experience is a must
- Quickly and effectively adjusts to changes in priority, areas of focus, and unforeseen challenges
- Identifies opportunities for operational improvement, and suggests solutions
- Ability to independently adjust own work deliverables as priorities shift
- Exhibits strong self-awareness and provides constructive, actionable feedback to colleagues to maintain collective accountability
- Experience working on and managing large projects or programs with cross-functional teams.
- Deliver solutions and strategies while mitigating or removing obstacles.
- Experience utilizing software to keep projects organized, track metrics, and report on progress.
