Engagement Manager (Growth Accounts)

Industry: Tech Consultancy

Location: Hybrid, UK Wide (London and Manchester offices), must be flexible to travel on occasion.

Salary: up to £150,000 + Benefits

We're working with a brilliant tech consultancy built around a network of genuinely talented, highly experienced software consultants who specialise in agile software delivery. Their whole model is about taking the risk out of delivery by only trusting the very best people, forming cross functional teams and working alongside their customers every step of the way. They lead by example, they ground everything in delivering real, concrete value, and they help some of the UK's largest organisations through their digital transformation.

It's a business with a real reputation for doing things properly, and a team who are as committed to their customers' success as they are to their own.

They're now hiring an Engagement Manager to look after their growth accounts. This is a crucial role. You'll be the person who builds trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders, knows how to navigate a large and complex organisation, and has the instinct to make the right offer at the right time. It's about making sure every engagement turns into lasting, long term success.

The Role

You'll work with customers and hybrid teams who may be UK based or spread across the globe. You'll be part strategic advisor, part delivery leader and part relationship builder, owning the health, growth and profitability of your accounts. Specifically, you'll be:

  • Shaping strategy

    • Working with customers to develop, iterate and implement their digital and technology strategy so it lines up with their wider business goals
    • Analysing data and market trends to inform the customer's strategic decision making
    • Knowing when to draw on the deep knowledge and experience across the wider consultancy to support the customer's strategy
  • Leading engagements and delivery

    • Making sure delivery is consistent, cohesive and true to the values the business is built on
    • Monitoring progress across engagements and working with the customer and the delivery team to spot dependencies and roadblocks early and propose solutions
    • Talking credibly not just about the work in play, but about future challenges and opportunities, so the relationship keeps growing
    • Owning profitability and performance against agreed financial targets

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
