As an Engineer, you will support the optimization and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes across the factory. You will work closely with Operations, Quality, Lean, and Headquarters Engineering teams to ensure robust process control, high product quality, and effective implementation of new products and technologies.

This position offers a valuable opportunity for an experienced manufacturing engineer to lead key engineering activities while contributing to the growth of renewable energy production.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain PFMEA activities following VWTM Gate 7 while ensuring compliance with engineering and change management processes, including QBD, ECM, and ToCI.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with Lean Engineering, using manufacturing data and performance trends to optimize efficiency.
  • Govern Engineering Change Management (ECM) activities and ensure the effective implementation of process changes within the factory.

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience within a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment.
  • Solid understanding of production processes, quality systems, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience managing engineering projects and delivering process improvements.
  • Core Tools training and certification, including PFMEA, Control Plan, and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
  • Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) activities within a manufacturing environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
