Role Description
The Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in England, United Kingdom. The Engineer will be responsible for supporting the design, development, and optimization of prototypes, machined components, and tooling solutions, working closely with production and project teams. - Reviewing technical drawings and specifications
- Selecting appropriate manufacturing processes
- Coordinating with CNC machining, rapid prototyping, and molding operations
- Troubleshooting engineering issues on the shop floor

The role involves monitoring quality, contributing to process improvements, and ensuring projects are delivered to client requirements, timelines, and budgets. The Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional colleagues and international clients, providing technical input, documentation, and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of mechanical or manufacturing engineering principles, including prototyping, CNC machining, and injection molding processes.
- Experience interpreting and creating technical drawings and CAD models; proficiency with common CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).
- Background in process optimization, quality control, and root-cause analysis within a production or workshop environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and international clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, service-oriented setting.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Understanding of safety standards and good practices in an engineering and manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience in prototyping, tooling, or precision manufacturing is highly beneficial; experience in a global or cross-cultural setting is a plus.
