Engineer – UK Regional Team (Xero)
Deliver critical features to drive Xero’s success in the UK by responding to customer needs and shaping the right product offering.
Role Overview
You will independently tackle complex engineering challenges across Xero’s products, balancing UK regional requirements with global roadmaps to maximise impact. High-quality, scalable solutions—designed for future adaptability—will be central to your work.
Team & Collaboration
You’ll work within a high-performing team led by:
- Engineering Manager (UK)
- Lead & Senior Engineers
- Reporting directly to the General Manager of Engineering (UK)
Team Structure & Focus
The team operates flexibly, collaborating with multiple product owners to design, build, and launch solutions.
