Collaborate with our team to design, develop, and enhance command & control systems, while implementing, integrating, and troubleshooting software applications. Conduct thorough testing to ensure software meets expectations. - Collaborate with cross-functional team and multiple stakeholders.
- Gather Requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Design and implement maintainable and efficient code in accordance with best practices.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, such as technical specifications, system design, and user guides.
- Provide support and maintenance for software applications.

Qualities We Value
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#,.NET, ASP.NET Core, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python.
- Experience or familiarity with MERN Stack such as React.js, MongoDB, and modern web technologies.
- Exposure to AI prompt engineering or AI-assisted software development tools is an advantage.
- Knowledge of GIS development, and/or Data Distribution Service (DDS) is a plus.
- Familiar with software engineering fundamentals and Agile Development methodologies (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Able to work well in a team and adapt to changing project needs.
- Willingness to support field trials and overseas assignments when required.
