We’re hiring: Project Engineer.

We’re looking for a Project Engineer to join our team and take ownership of technically challenging projects from concept through to implementation, installation, and ongoing support.

About the Role

This is a dual-purpose role combining technical project ownership, engineering coordination, and project management. You’ll work closely with Design Engineering and collaborate across the wider business to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required technical and customer standards.

Responsibilities

  • Take technical ownership of projects from concept through to implementation and support
  • Lead project planning and coordinate interfaces between Engineering, Operations, and other internal teams
  • Translate customer requirements, functional needs, and technical constraints into safe, compliant, manufacturable, and serviceable solutions
  • Lead medium-sized development projects and projects requiring a combination of internal development and project management
  • Provide cross-functional technical leadership, working with internal teams, customers, and suppliers
  • Support projects through the full product lifecycle, from initial concept through installation and service
  • Identify and manage technical risks, requirements, and project interfaces
  • Ensure solutions are practical, deliverable, and aligned with customer and business requirements

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
