Engineer – North London
Location: North London (Colindale)
Pay: £24.05 per hour PAYE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
Contract: Temporary
Start Date: 27 April 2026
End Date: 6 July 2026

An opportunity is available for Engineers to support maintenance operations within a high-compliance environment in North London. This role is suited to experienced, all-round engineers with a background in building services and facilities maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across building systems
- Respond to reactive maintenance issues and breakdowns
- Work across electrical, mechanical, and general building systems as required
- Ensure all works are completed in line with health and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs
- Support the wider engineering team to maintain site standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a facilities maintenance or building services role
- Multi-skilled background (electrical or mechanical bias preferred)
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in regulated or critical environments advantageous
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Right to Work in the UK
