The Role
The role of the Engineer Plumbing & Heating Systems will involve:
- Engineer role responsible for the maintenance, service and reactive repair works for domestic & commercial gas/heating systems underfloor heating, AHUs and boilers for a range of residential and commercial projects.
- Field based position carrying out plumbing and heating installations, repairs and maintenance across customer sites.
- Diagnosing faults and providing effective solutions across plumbing, heating and associated systems.
- Travelling to customer sites to complete works safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
- Liaising directly with customers to understand requirements and provide professional technical advice.
- Completing jobs to specification while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Working independently while representing the company professionally.

The Ideal Applicant
The ideal applicant will be an Engineer Plumbing & Heating Systems with:
- Must have extensive experience as an Engineer or have closely related job responsibilities.
- Must have experience installing or servicing one or more of the following; air source heat pumps, boilers, bathrooms, underfloor heating, heating systems or closely related.
- Highly advantageous to have both 1st fix and 2nd fix experience.
- Ideal to have both domestic and commercial experience.
- Customer focused with excellent communication and service skills.
- A highly motivated individual, who is flexible and has an excellent work ethic.
