Description
We are looking for a candidate that will develop and deploy client-centered solutions and enhance our service catalogue for clients based in the financial services & healthcare industries. With a keen interest in industry standards, best practices, and emerging trends, the candidate will provide and deliver solutions that are tailored to our clients’ needs while also being robust, repeatable, and embraced throughout the organization.
Responsibilities (including, but not limited to the following):
- Handling complex technical project tasks, project issues, and initial troubleshooting for clients.
- A client-facing role with occasional in-person visits to client sites.
- Configuration and troubleshooting of servers and networks.
- Configuration and migration of Cloud Services.
- Management of small and medium-sized projects.
- Provide technical advice on planning and scoping calls.
- Help achieve department goals by hitting personal KPI targets.
- Some international travel and on-call requirement.
- Some evening shifts, working from home.
- Documentation of internal processes and guides.

Skills
- Technical implementation and troubleshooting.
- History of troubleshooting and/or installing IT infrastructure at a senior level.
- Configuration of Windows Servers.
- Configuration & deployment of Microsoft products.
- Configuration of AI and DLP preferred.
- Networking – configure firewalls, managed switches, TCP/IP, and protocols.
Qualifications
- Strong technical skills with public cloud technologies, Azure specifically.
- Familiarity with industry standard LLMs such as Claude, CoPilot, and ChatGPT as both an internal research tool and as deployed with clients.
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a system engineering role or 5+ years senior deskside support experience.
- Certifications preferred (AI, Azure Expert, MCSE, VCP, CCP).
- MSP experience preferred.
- Ability to commute in a hybrid fashion both at client sites and our office.
- Ability to travel regionally on an occasional basis.
