About the Role

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Engineer to join us at what will soon be the largest operational Customer Fulfilment Centre (CFC) in Erith. In this position, you will:

  • Work on state-of-the-art technology as the principal point of contact for any critical technical issues.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the centre through proactive improvement works and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve and prevent issues on incredible machinery ranging from conveyor networks to lifts and cranes.

The role involves a shift-based schedule to support our 24/7 operation, consisting of 12-hour shifts covering days, nights, and weekends.

About You

We are looking for:

  • A candidate with 5+ years of relevant engineering experience, demonstrating strong technical competency and a drive for career progression.
  • Ideally, experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, or a comfort for fast-paced, high-performance environments.
  • Computer literacy, an eagerness to learn new skills, and a creative, solution-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in working with health and safety protocols at height. A training background on-site would be advantageous.
  • A Level 3 qualification or a relevant engineering degree.
