Location: To maximise your exposure to our teams and operations, this is a UK-wide rotational programme, with placements across our UK sites with the potential for international placements.

Overview Of The Graduate Programme
Our Engineering & Technical Graduate Programme is a two-year rotational scheme designed to give you broad exposure across Sulzer’s engineering functions. You’ll rotate through multiple UK sites and departments, gaining hands-on experience in:
- Design Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- Process Engineering
- Project Delivery
This programme is aligned with Sulzer’s Service Centre of the Future strategy, giving you the opportunity to contribute to transformative projects that drive innovation, efficiency, and growth. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers, receive formal mentoring, and benefit from structured development pathways tailored to your career goals.

What You’ll Be Doing
As part of the engineering team, you’ll:
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for innovative enhancements in the workplace, considering emerging technologies and process advancements
- Research and recommend marketplace technologies and process improvements
- Collaborate with senior engineers to develop and deliver project plans against agreed milestones
- Manage project risks to ensure timely delivery and minimal disruption to service
- Deliver engineered solutions in the repair, service, and retrofit of rotating equipment
- Provide technical advice and support to internal stakeholders across the UK

What You Bring
- A 2:2 degree or above in mechanical, industrial, or process engineering
- Passion for technology and innovation
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Adaptability and willingness to travel across the UK
- A valid passport and full UK driving licence
