🚀 Engineering Apprenticeships at Rayburn Plastics

Three Apprenticeship Positions Available

Are you interested in engineering, CNC machining, automation, and advanced manufacturing?

Do you want to learn a real trade, work with modern CNC machinery, and build a career in engineering?

Rayburn Plastics is looking for three enthusiastic apprentices to join our growing engineering team.

This is an opportunity to learn from experienced engineers while gaining hands-on experience in a real manufacturing environment.

🔧 What You’ll Learn

As an apprentice at Rayburn, you’ll get practical experience across areas including:

  • CNC machining and manufacturing
  • CAD/CAM and engineering drawings
  • Setting and operating CNC machinery
  • CNC turning and milling
  • 3-, 4- and 5-axis machining
  • Inspection and precision measurement
  • Tooling and workholding
  • Robotics and automation
  • Problem solving and continuous improvement
  • Production planning and manufacturing processes

You’ll spend time both learning the theory and putting it into practice on the shop floor.
