About the Role
Working alongside our experienced Valve Technicians, you will gain valuable hands-on experience maintaining, servicing, and repairing a wide range of industrial control, safety, and process valves.
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Engineering Apprentice to join our specialist Valve Workshop.
What You'll Do
- Gain practical, hands-on experience in a specialist engineering workshop.
- Mentored and supported by experienced Valve Technicians.
- Full health and safety training.
- Dismantling industrial valves.
- Inspecting valve components for wear and damage.
- Assisting with machining and refurbishment of valve components.
- Rebuilding control, safety, and standard process valves.
- Assisting with hydraulic, air, and nitrogen pressure testing.
- Completing workshop paperwork and electronic records accurately.
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and working safely in accordance with company procedures.
