An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Eurostar as its Engineering Change Manager.
We are looking for an Engineering Change Manager to lead the governance, coordination and delivery of Engineering Changes across Eurostar's rolling stock fleet.
This role is critical to ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining Eurostar's ECM and ISO9001 certifications, and enabling the safe and timely implementation of fleet improvements. - Manage Engineering Changes from initiation to implementation and closure.
- Ensure fleet modification records and technical documentation remain accurate, controlled and compliant.
- Monitor Engineering Change risks, prioritising safety-critical activities and Safety Advice Notices (SANs).
- Act as the key interface with Siemens for Class 374 Engineering Changes.
- Lead technical planning and coordinate stakeholders to ensure timely implementation of changes.
- Produce performance reports and monitor delivery, resource and competency risks.
- Manage contractors responsible for maintaining the e300 drawing suite.
- Maintain the On-Call Authorising Engineer framework and participate in the on-call rota.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
