Want to join a fast-paced growing manufacturer in Redditch? My client are looking to hire an Engineering Coordinator to mainly focus on supporting systems for Planned Preventative Maintenance, Reliability Maintenance, devise PM schedules. Parts control and the monitoring of team performance. This will be part hands-on, part hands-off, full autonomy on the night shift, and will report to the Engineering Manager.
There is flexibility with work hours for this role; you will be required to work 4 chosen nights across 6 nights, which will consist of four 10-hour shifts from Sunday to Friday.

Experience required for an Engineering Coordinator:
- Management experience within an engineering function.
- Experience working in an FMCG environment or similar fast-paced manufacturing operation.
- Knowledge and understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Experience of managing projects from design to sign-off.
- In-depth understanding of mechanical, electrical, and logic control systems.
- Experience of computerized maintenance management systems.
