This is an opportunity to step into a key civils position with an established & highly recognisable housebuilder, delivering developments across Central Scotland. It’s a business with a strong pipeline, a solid reputation, and the kind of backing that gives you the tools to do things properly.

Not just reviewing drawings or attending meetings — but actually being there, walking the job, spotting issues early, and making sure things are done right first time.
The role in a nutshell
You’ll be the go-to person across multiple sites when it comes to groundworks and civil engineering.
That means:
- Picking up on quality issues before they become problems
- Challenging methods that aren’t efficient or cost-effective
- Working closely with subcontractors to keep things moving properly
- Making sure earthworks and infrastructure are delivered as they should be

- Bring a bit of calm, experienced thinking when things aren’t quite right
