This is a varied, rewarding hands-on role sitting at the heart of a busy engineering team. If you're organised, proactive, and thrive on keeping things moving, you'll make an immediate impact here.
You'll assist document control, track reviews and approvals, chase down outstanding actions, and make sure the engineering team has accurate, up-to-date records at all times.

What You'll Need
- Admin experience in an engineering, manufacturing, marine, defence, or technical environment
- Strong document control and record-keeping skills
- Confident chasing stakeholders and managing multiple deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and written communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Experience maintaining trackers, registers, or document management systems

Bonus Points For
- SharePoint, ERP, or document management system experience
- Exposure to engineering drawings or technical documentation
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar quality management frameworks
