This is what you’ll actually do!

As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you'll be responsible for maintaining a wide range of production equipment and site services, ensuring the bakery continues to operate safely, efficiently, and reliably. You'll carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), respond to breakdowns, complete corrective maintenance activities and support installation and improvement projects across the site.

Working both independently and collaboratively, you'll diagnose faults, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to minimise disruption to production. A key part of the role will be supporting the bakery's performance by reducing downtime and improving equipment reliability. You'll use your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to quickly respond to issues while contributing to longer-term continuous improvement initiatives.

You'll be responsible for accurately recording maintenance activities through our Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensuring work orders, materials and labour are captured correctly. You'll also support the development of maintenance standards, equipment performance monitoring and engineering best practice across the site.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
