Helios Towers is hosting an exclusive recruitment summit to connect with African diaspora talent based in London for engineering and technical roles in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).

Key Responsibilities
- Define and enforce engineering standards and quality frameworks
- Oversee asset readiness and acceptance processes
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery performance
- Manage audits, compliance, and risk mitigation
Requirements
Key Requirements
- Degree in Engineering
- 10+ years experience in telecom engineering delivery
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance and asset lifecycle management
- Leadership experience in large-scale infrastructure projects
