The opportunity
You keep the equipment, vehicles and facilities behind a high-performing maintenance operation safe, reliable and ready to go.
This is a hands-on opportunity to join easyJet’s Engineering and Maintenance team in Luton as we invest in and expand our maintenance operation, including an additional hangar.
As Facilities Supervisor, you’ll support the Luton Base Management Team and help the station deliver a market-leading line maintenance operation. You’ll look after the maintenance, servicing and repair of the equipment and vehicles under your control, with safety at the centre of every decision.
“This role is about making sure our people have safe, dependable equipment and facilities every day. We’re looking for someone practical and organised who builds good relationships, spots improvements and follows through.”
The team & culture

What you’ll be doing
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
