Job Description
Delivery Leadership
- Own end-to-end delivery of software projects (scope, schedule, cost, quality).
- Ensure successful execution using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.
- Drive release planning, sprint execution, and delivery governance.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Client Engagement (Onsite Role)
- Act as the single point of contact for client stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with business and technical teams.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
- Conduct regular status reviews, steering meetings, and executive updates.

Team Management
- Lead cross-functional teams (developers, QA, DevOps, architects).
- Mentor and guide team members to ensure high performance.
- Manage resource allocation, onboarding, and performance tracking.
Program & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate across multiple projects/workstreams.
- Align delivery with business objectives and KPIs.
- Manage expectations of senior stakeholders and executives.
Quality & Process Excellence
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, QA processes, and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
- Implement metrics-driven delivery (velocity, defects, SLAs, KPIs).
Technical & Delivery Skills
- Strong background in software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Ability to understand architecture and guide technical decisions.

Experience
- 17+ years in software development/delivery roles.
- 8+ years in leadership or program management roles.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale enterprise projects.
- Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models.
