About Us

We're a digital entertainment company creating engaging online platforms people love. Since 2021, we've been building something different. Our brands include MetaWin, WOW Vegas, BetZoo Media, Hit.com and Rolla, with more to come.

With teams in London, Malta, Gibraltar and Miami, each platform is designed to deliver unique, engaging, and innovative digital experiences. From immersive betting platforms to exciting casino games and interactive online entertainment, our brands deliver cutting edge technology and user focused design.

Arena prioritises innovative technology, decentralised where possible, and builds with an AI first mindset. Not constrained by legacy systems, we are blue sky thinkers changing the landscape of digital entertainment.

Overview

We're building our platforms from scratch in a fast paced, AI driven environment, and we need an Engineering Lead based in Miami to run the team behind it. You'll lead a group of around 30 developers working across several concurrent projects, setting technical direction while staying hands on with the code and the people.

This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys managing developers, not just writing code. You'll mentor engineers, shape delivery, and keep multiple projects moving at once without losing quality along the way. The role will be based in Miami ideally to work closely with our Owner/Founder & CEO.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Anthropic Claude via AWS Bedrock powers our core AI features, with Sonnet as the default model and Haiku for lighter tasks. This drives the HIT autonomous support agent, AI chat streaming and CRM audience tooling. We build agent integrations on the Model Context Protocol, and a small number of older integrations still run on OpenAI.
