Engineering Maintenance Supervisor Electrical Bias

Location: London, EC1A 2FG

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor Electrical Bias to look after the day-to-day maintenance of our site, support the onsite development of engineers, and ensure that a culture of continuous improvement embeds throughout the team.

  • Conduct audits to ensure adherence to policies and procedures
  • Oversee the reporting in line with KPIs
  • Conduct toolbox talks
  • Assist in the management of sub-contractors

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Recognised engineering qualification, preferably electrical
  • IOSH managing safely or equivalent
  • Experience within a supervisory maintenance role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven leadership qualities
  • Customer and delivery-focused
  • Strong SHE knowledge
  • Can-do attitude and gets the job done

We'll make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job. You will already have experience gained in a similar role. You will work 40 hours per week but will need to be flexible to ensure service delivery at the highest level.
