Engineering Manager
Location: Yeadon / Otley
Salary: £ Competitive / negotiable + pension + benefits + 25 days holiday
Hours: Mon – Friday daytime
A great opportunity for an Engineering Manager to join a company during a period of growth, investment, and modernization. Responsible for engineering, maintenance, facilities, utilities, and capital project activities across the site.
As a member of the senior management team, the Engineering Manager will develop and execute engineering strategies that maximize asset performance, improve reliability, and reduce costs.

- Reporting: Into the MD
- Direct Reports: Maintenance Supervisors, Engineering Planner Project Engineers, Maintenance Engineers
- Responsibilities:
- Combine leadership of the maintenance function with responsibility for engineering projects, infrastructure development, and strategic investment planning.
- Team Management: Lead and manage the maintenance and engineering team, including recruitment, training, and scheduling on a 24/7 site. Support and mentor the team and set the culture.
- Maintenance Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules. Be CMMS focused throughout.

The Person:
- Degree or HNC in Engineering
- Plus maintenance and engineering management experience
- Preferred Experience:
- Continuous flow manufacturing
- Continuous improvement
- Experience of various reliability strategies and condition monitoring techniques
