The Role
As The Engineering Manager, You Will
- Lead and develop a team of 12 engineering professionals.
- Oversee Hard FM and building services engineering delivery.
- Drive engineering performance, reliability, and compliance.
- Identify efficiencies and deliver sustainable cost savings.
- Support the expansion of engineering services across additional buildings.
- Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

About You
To be successful as the Engineering Manager, you’ll have:
- Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or senior engineering leader.
- Strong technical knowledge of building services and Hard FM.
- Experience leading and developing engineering teams.
- A track record of improving performance and identifying cost efficiencies.
- Strong commercial awareness and operational management skills.
- Excellent client and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience within large or complex commercial buildings would be advantageous.
