We are recruiting for an Engineering Manager to join a house builder based in Northampton.
Main Duties:
- Prepare viability and detailed civil engineering designs to resolve technical issues and support site appraisals.
- Produce adoptable Section 38 and 104 road and drainage designs and associated tender information.
- Coordinate with environmental, geotechnical and foundation consultants to address ground, contamination and foundation solutions.
- Advise on housing layouts, SUDs and value engineering, and develop road, sewer, levels and drainage designs in liaison with approving authorities.
- Assemble and manage the full civil engineering design package, support the discharge of engineering-related planning and building conditions, and attend project meetings as required.
- Manage and lead a team of engineers while ensuring compliance with company procedures.
