Role: Systems Engineering Delivery Manager
Location: Belfast, 3 days per week hybrid
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000
SC eligible, clearance required to start
We're looking for an accomplished systems engineer who has evolved into delivery leadership, with a proven track record of driving projects, leading high-performing teams and taking ownership of complex programmes. Exceptional stakeholder management is essential, as you'll be the trusted link between technical teams, commercial functions and customers, ensuring successful outcomes across every stage of delivery.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex, highly regulated and mission-critical environments. You'll bring the credibility, influence and communication skills to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, helping to turn ambitious plans into successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple multi-functional engineering teams.
- Own delivery against milestones, budget and progress plans.
- Manage engineering resources and day-to-day delivery risk.
- Maintain governance, reporting and stakeholder alignment.
- Support technical delivery across systems, hardware or software workstreams.
Your Background

- 10–15 years’ experience in systems engineering or safety-critical software engineering.
- Proven track record leading teams and managing projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Confident in both technical and non-technical discussions.
- Comfortable in a customer-facing delivery environment.
