Role: Engineering Manager

Location: Reading, hybrid (2 days)

Salary: Up to £110,000 + Bonus

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to take ownership of engineering across a large-scale, customer-facing digital product area.

Working closely with Product Managers and third-party engineering partners, you'll be responsible for ensuring platforms are secure, scalable, reliable and delivered to a high standard.

What we're looking for:

  • Established Engineering Manager with strong technical credibility.
  • Experience managing third-party engineering partners/vendors.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure, CI/CD, APIs and SaaS environments.
  • Experience with incidents, vulnerabilities, security and operational resilience.
  • Strong Product partnership and ability to balance commercial and engineering priorities.
  • Excellent senior stakeholder communication.
