We're partnering with a fast-growing AI adoption and skills platform that helps major global organisations roll out AI safely and confidently. They've just closed a funding round with top-tier VC backing, passed £1M+ ARR with 15,000+ users, and are now expanding into the US. They're hiring for one of their first Engineering Managers to help the team double in size.
💰 Up to £122,000 + equity 📍 Hybrid: 2 days a week in London

What you'll do as Engineering Manager
- Lead 1-2 engineering pods, with 1:1s, coaching, feedback, and career growth
- Improve delivery, process, and ways of working as the team scales
- Get hands-on with early-stage architecture and technical decisions
- Shape engineering culture from day one
- Partner with product and design as a real voice in the room, not a backlog manager
This Engineering Manager role is for you if you:
- Come from a software engineering background and can still hold your own technically
- Have managed engineers before and enjoy coaching people and unblocking delivery
- Like scale-up ambiguity and want to bring structure to it
