Ready to take ownership of a site's engineering function and make a real impact?
We're partnering with a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to drive reliability, performance, and continuous improvement across a critical production facility.
This role would suit an engineering leader from a pharmaceutical, biotech, FMCG, or regulated manufacturing environment who enjoys managing high-performing teams, improving asset reliability, and leading engineering strategy.

- Leading maintenance, facilities, utilities, and asset management activities
- Driving equipment reliability and preventative maintenance programmes
- Managing CAPEX projects, upgrades, and site improvement initiatives
- Leading fault investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
- Developing and mentoring engineering teams
- Ensuring engineering compliance and operational excellence
What we're looking for:
- Engineering leadership experience within pharma, biotech, FMCG, or manufacturing
- Strong maintenance, reliability, and asset management background
- Experience managing production equipment, facilities, and utilities
- A proactive leader with a continuous improvement mindset
