Engineering Manager Role

Engenda Group are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our core engineering office in Falkirk. You will work within a dedicated team of engineers, designers and project managers, overseeing projects across the energy, chemical, utilities, renewables and major infrastructure industries.

Salary
£85,000 + Car allowance or Company Car
Hours
40 hours + flexi time (start early or finish late, make those 40 hours work around your schedule)

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and develop multidisciplinary engineering and design teams.
- Provide technical leadership and ensure engineering governance, standards and compliance.
- Manage engineering delivery, resources, budgets, schedules, quality and technical risk.
- Support bids, tenders and business development through technical input and client engagement.
- Drive high standards of health, safety, quality, assurance and continuous improvement.
- Build client relationships while driving innovation, efficiency and future business growth.

Requirements
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary engineering and design teams.
- Experience delivering engineering services within consultancy, EPC, EPCM, design-house or contractor environments.
- Strong experience managing projects, workstreams, resources, budgets and engineering delivery.
- Strong background in engineering governance, technical assurance and design management.
- Experience supporting tenders, bids, business development and client engagement.
- Engineering Degree (or equivalent), CEng status and membership of a relevant professional institution.
- 10+ years’ relevant engineering experience, including leadership and management responsibilities.
