MacGregor Black is partnering with a rapidly growing UK-based FMCG business on the search for an Engineering Manager / Maintenance Manager.
This is a hands-on leadership role, managing a small engineering team while remaining involved on the tools. The site is undergoing significant investment, with the opportunity for the successful candidate to grow with the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a small engineering team.
- Manage planned and reactive maintenance.
- Support a fast-paced, high-speed production environment.
- Remain hands-on with engineering and fault finding.
- Drive reliability, standards and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with Operations and report to the Operations Director.

What We're Looking For:
- Engineering leadership experience within FMCG, food or similar manufacturing.
- Experience with linear/continuous production and packaging lines.
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical engineering knowledge.
- Hands-on leadership approach.
