Engineering Manager | GMP Manufacturing | Surrey
Are you an experienced Engineering Manager looking for a unique opportunity within a highly regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment?
We're recruiting for an Engineering Manager to lead maintenance, engineering, and asset management activities at a specialist manufacturing site in Surrey.
You'll play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, qualification, and performance of facilities, utilities, and production equipment supporting the manufacture of products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead maintenance and engineering activities across the site
- Manage equipment qualification, calibration, and lifecycle planning
- Drive reliability improvements and preventative maintenance programmes
- Support GMP compliance, investigations, CAPA, and quality systems
- Manage contractors, OEM relationships, and engineering projects
- Own site CAPEX planning and equipment obsolescence strategies
Ideal Background:
- Engineering degree or relevant technical qualification
- Pharmaceutical/Healthcare GMP
- Strong maintenance, facilities and utilities expertise
- Experience leading engineering improvements and asset management programmes
- Knowledge of equipment qualification, CAPA, and root cause analysis
