Key Skills
- Apprentice Trained Engineer in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in a heavy manufacturing environment
- Understanding of PPM systems

The Role
You will have served a minimum of a full apprenticeship in electrical or mechanical engineering. Working in a heavy environment. The role is managing a small team of 3 engineers whilst still spending time on the tools in a hands-on capacity. Working on mixers, casting machines, automatic delivery systems, wet saws, cranes. Other responsibilities include managing PPMs, CMMS, site services, and contractors.
There will be ongoing training and development within this structured group, which can in turn lead to future career progression.
